Tomato Pie From Lois Uhl Make or buy 2 pie crust Peel and slice enough ripe tomatoes to fill your pie tin. Measure out 1/2 Cup flour, 1/2 Cup sugar and put on the bottom crust Add your sliced tomatoes. Put 1 1/2 Cup of sugar over top of the tomatoes. Add a little cinnamon Top with 2nd crust Sprinkle cinnamon on top crust Bake 350* 45 to 60 min Crust will be a golden brown.
